Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.
Ship It Back
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
